Be Your Best Man™ is an innovative co-parenting curriculum that equips fathers with the skills to communicate effectively, strengthen family relationships, and improve outcomes for children.

This curriculum was created to help Black fathers build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to strengthen their relationships with their children, co-parents, and families. Grounded in real-life experiences and informed by best practices in fatherhood programming, the curriculum provides practical strategies that fathers can apply immediately in their everyday lives.

Designed by experienced fatherhood practitioners, this curriculum recognizes both the challenges and the strengths of Black fathers while creating a supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and connect with other men.

Curriculum Topics

Participants explore five core learning modules:

Understanding identity, responsibility, and positive leadership.
Building respectful partnerships that support children.
Strengthening communication through active listening, emotional awareness, and conflict resolution.
Recognizing healthy relationship patterns and understanding the impact of domestic violence on families.
Remaining actively engaged as a father despite relationship challenges.
